The Intent of “Clear Language”
|

The original intent of the re-write of the TDG Regulations in clear language was to remove the complexity of the language and simplify the structure of the text. While legally correct, the old text could be very confusing. When changes were being made, it was hoped that a person who was already in compliance with the old TDG Regulations would not have to change anything in their operations to continue to be in compliance with the Clear Language Regulations. |
