The TDG Act and TDG Regulations
|
The TDG Act and Regulations establish specific provisions governing all aspects of the movement of these goods. Under the Act and Regulations, anyone who handles, offers for transport, or is involved in the transportation of dangerous goods must receive appropriate training or be working under the direct supervision of someone who has been trained. In short, dangerous goods cannot be transported in Canada unless it is done so in compliance with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and the TDG Regulations. |
