THE TDG ACT
|

The original TDG Act was enacted in 1980 and was followed by the development of federal and provincial Regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods by all persons involved in the transportation process, and, by all means of transport.
The TDG Act deals mainly with the broad requirements of the legislation such as governance, enactment, exceptions, inspection, enforcement, offences and penalties.
